Wallet & payments
How the ELKNZ wallet, escrow, top-ups, and withdrawals work—without quoting a fixed fee percentage here.
Why the wallet?
Buyers pay from wallet balance. Order funds stay in escrow until work is delivered and the buyer approves (or completion rules for that order finish). That protects both sides better than paying off-platform.
Top up
- Open Wallet from your dashboard.
- Choose an available funding method (for example PayPal where supported).
- Finish the flow and wait for the balance update before purchasing.
Available methods depend on platform settings and your region.
When you buy
- Checkout shows the amount and platform fee before you confirm—also see Pricing.
- After payment the order moves through fulfillment (seller accept → work → delivery).
- When delivery is approved, seller funds release per platform rules (including any temporary hold if applicable).
Sellers: withdraw
Eligible completed orders fund your withdrawable wallet balance. Request a withdrawal from the dashboard and follow the prompts. Processing fees may apply by payout method—they appear before confirm when relevant.
Dispute or refund?
If buyer and seller disagree, support reviews the brief, delivery, and chat. Start from the Help center or Contact.
