Welcome to ELKNZ. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

To use ELKNZ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Platform Services

ELKNZ provides a platform connecting buyers with sellers for digital services. We do not provide the services ourselves and are not a party to transactions between users. We facilitate transactions and provide tools for project management.

4. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure:

• Buyers: 5% service fee on each transaction
• Sellers: Commission based on chosen plan (5% - 15%)
• Payments are held in escrow until work is completed
• All financial transactions are secure and encrypted

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Circumvent platform fees or payment outside the system
• Post harmful or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their work until delivery is complete and payment is made. Upon payment, buyers receive agreed-upon rights as specified in the service description. Platform content, trademarks, and logos are owned by ELKNZ.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, ELKNZ provides a mediation process. Decisions are based on order requirements and evidence provided. Our team reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users who are banned may lose access to pending earnings and active services.

9. Limitation of Liability

ELKNZ is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or legality of services provided by sellers. We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
