How points work, Emerald → Diamond thresholds, and why levels matter for buyers and sellers.
The idea
Level is a public trust signal on profiles and services. It is not a signup or selling gate—anyone can sell after creating an account. Level rises (or falls) with activity and quality.
Where points come from
- Completing orders
- Reviews: 4+ stars award points; lower ratings deduct
- Admin-approved portfolio work
- Passing skills tests where available

Thresholds

For buyers
Use level together with reviews and portfolio—not as the only filter. A new Emerald seller can fit a small job; higher levels help for sensitive work when real samples support them.
For sellers
